About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Policy Manager to lead and manage a team of professional Asset Standards Engineers within our Asset Management function. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing specifications and standards to optimize the procurement, installation, inspection, maintenance, operation, replacement, and decommissioning of our assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Asset Standards Engineers to develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical authority and guidance to the team on asset failure/defect investigations.
  • Develop and maintain asset management standards and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset management projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful implementation of new asset management policies and procedures.
