Présentation de la fonction

Cette fonction de Chef de l'Équipe Logistique est un poste à temps plein qui peut conduire à une requalification en CDI sous réserve de bilans favorables de fonctionnement positifs.

Vous dépendez du Coordinateur Logistique (Assurance-Fleet) qui rapporte au Responsable Logistique.

Vous donnez des directives opérationnelles à entre 25 et 35 ETP.

Vous veillez à la répartition ainsi qu'à l'exécution correcte des activités de l'équipe confiée afin de contribuer au bien-être des patients et des collaborateurs, ainsi qu'au bon déroulement de l'activité logistique.

Vos responsabilités
  1. Planifier le travail et encadrer les collaborateurs de l'équipe : Récolter les désidératas d'horaires, les demandes de congés ou de récupérations des collaborateurs ; Centraliser puis vérifier la faisabilité des diverses demandes, établir le planning hebdomadaire et transmettre l'ensemble des informations et préparations auprès de son supérieur hiérarchique pour l'élaboration des plannings ; Remplir divers documents administratifs (e.a. certificat, présences...) et transmettre les documents nécessaires aux personnes concernées pour validation ; Transmettre le planning des activités à ses collaborateurs et le matériel nécessaire à sa réalisation (e.a. outils, documents, produits...) ; Veiller au respect des consignes (e.a. hygiène, sécurité, etc.) des procédures de fonctionnement et contrôler la qualité du travail effectué ; Participer aux procédures de recrutement, à l'accueil et à l'évaluation des collaborateurs ; Intervenir et veiller à résoudre les conflits éventuels.
  2. Veiller à la propreté, à l'hygiène et à l'ordre des locaux de l'institution : Mettre en place des actions afin de permettre un nettoyage de qualité ; Transmettre les techniques de nettoyage à ses collaborateurs et veiller à leur application sur le terrain ; Se rendre fréquemment sur le terrain afin de contrôler le travail effectué par ses collaborateurs et corriger si nécessaire ; Accompagner les agents lors d'intervention spécifique.
  3. Veiller à l'approvisionnement des divers consommables : Effectuer un suivi visuel et/ou informatique de la situation des approvisionnements de la réserve (e.a. inventaire...) ; Vérifier, corriger si nécessaire et valider les commandes préparées par les agents ; Rédiger des demandes d'achat et les faire approuver conformément aux procédures ; Recevoir et contrôler la livraison (e.a. pièces, produits...) si nécessaire ; Identifier les problèmes (matériel ; infrastructures...) et transmettre auprès du supérieur hiérarchique pour suivi.
  4. Effectuer diverses tâches administratives : Prendre contact avec les fournisseurs pour échanger des informations sur les produits disponibles.

Conditions d'exercice de la fonction

Barème IFIC code 2030 – Catégorie 13. Contrat à durée déterminée avec possibilité de contrat à durée indéterminée sous réserve de bilans de fonctionnement positifs. Chèques-repas (valeur faciale de 6,60€). Horaire flexible permettant d'allier vie professionnelle et vie privée. Prime de fin d'année et pécule de vacances. Minimum 27 jours de congés par an.
