Academics Ltd is seeking an Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis in Slough. The ideal candidate has experience working with young people, preferably in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching assistant roles.

About the Role

The successful applicant will offer one-on-one or small group support to help students meet their goals and assist with personalized lesson delivery alongside teachers and support staff.

Suitable candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate patience and understanding when supporting students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
