Administrative Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service, processing orders, and providing quotations and pricing to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded.
- Quotations and Pricing: Provide customers with quotations and pricing information, ensuring that all relevant details are included and that the customer is fully informed.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Sales Processing and Aftersales Support: Experience in sales processing and aftersales support, including customer service and support.
- IT and Telephone Skills: Good IT and telephone skills, including proficiency in using computer software and equipment.
