**Job Purpose**:
The Digital Sales Co-ordinator will be a key part of the Sales and Customer Service team and will be responsible for taking ownership of all aspects of digital & automated sales orders and credits and always providing exemplary customer service.

**Digital Support**
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions of management and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner
- Maintain On Time And In Full /First Time In Full and increase ‘no-touch’ rates.
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical approach to work.
- Works at a pace that matches the requirements of the business and recognises the importance of timely completion of tasks
- To provide support to field sales

**Teamwork**:

- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others.
- Shares information and resources with others as required.
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions of management and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner.
- Contributing work and effort to group performance to meet agreed upon objectives and achieve team success

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong prioritisation and time management ability with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Self-motivated and persistent with the drive to succeed.
- Computer Literate/Numerate
- Previous experience handling orders with the ability to work to deadlines accurately and efficiently in a demanding environment is desirable.
- Shows a genuine interest in and makes sure the needs of the customers are met in a way that benefits both the customers and the organisation.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the needs of internal and external customers.
- Ensures actions of self and others meet and exceed customer requirements.

**Desirable**:
FMCG Industry experience
