Job Overview

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in resident care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing your colleagues. You will also be responsible for recognizing signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and taking appropriate action.

Education and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. Your ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide high-quality care will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
