Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Relief Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Health and Social Care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing flexible and comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Health and Social Care teams, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial tasks.
  • Take minutes at meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track data and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection guidelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a busy office environment, with a strong background in administration and data management.
  • SVQ Level 2 / HNC in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient keyboard skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and records management.
