Job Title: Home Energy Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Home Energy Advisor to join our team at Agility Eco. As a Home Energy Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing telephone energy advice and solutions to vulnerable members of society, helping them to keep warm and reduce their energy bills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise residents on effective energy use, relative to their individual circumstances, via telephone.
  • Use initiative to provide solutions to residents' energy challenges and usage.
  • Work effectively with internal departments to deliver Agility Eco services.
  • Accurately document engagement with residents in line with company processes.
  • Ensure safe handling of customer-sensitive personal data in line with the company data protection policy.
  • Decide on the most appropriate means of communication and deliver updates, advice, and referrals to customers and colleagues.
  • Identify and follow company guidelines for safeguarding concerns.
  • Update CRM software systems and MS Office systems.
  • Recognise when to escalate queries and opportunities.
  • Steer conversations and keep calls on track, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Recognised qualifications such as DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or other energy efficiency qualifications.
  • Previous experience or background in energy efficiency.
  • Current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions.
  • Confidence to advise residents on energy use via phone.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (ZOHO).
