The role focuses on improvement and innovation, enabling, evolving and embedding change through effective communications and engagement.

  • You will support the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related improvement, innovation and change activities in consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • You will also design and deliver communication and engagement plans to drive business outcomes.

You will need to be:

  • A knowledgeable, empathetic, resilient individual with strong ER experience.
  • You will be able to identify opportunities for improvement, develop plans to realise those improvements and successfully communicate, influence and build relationships.
  • Coaching and advising on innovative employee relations solutions to drive business success.
  • You will also undertake and contribute to other ER activities including casework, procedural reviews and Trade union related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ER related improvement, innovation and change activities.
  • Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related activities.
  • Coach and advise on innovative employee relations solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong ER experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to realise those improvements.
  • Ability to successfully communicate, influence and build relationships.
