Companionship and Support Worker

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Adult Home Care Specialist to join our team at Carefound Group. As a Professional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Your main responsibilities will include building relationships and routines with clients, supporting them with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will also be responsible for running errands, performing light housekeeping, and helping with mobility and staying active.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license and car
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overnight shifts
- No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of approximately £29,000 - £30,000 per year (£13.20 per hour), based on a 22-hour working week
- Double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days
