Pharmacist - Queen Elizabeth University Hospital

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our dynamic medical team at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH). As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide person-centred pharmaceutical care to a wide range of medical patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with ward teams to provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Gain experience in core medical specialties, including Endocrinology, Infectious Diseases, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Cardiology.
- Develop service developments and make a positive impact on patient care.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Commitment to CPD in line with GPhC requirements.
