Project Engineer - Track Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Track Systems department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical projects to help achieve our organization's goals.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a passion for technology and innovation to progress our projects and advance our organizational goals. With your broad technical and ideally motorsport-related experience, you will assist our technical teams with projects and technical investigations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Support: Provide technical support to department projects, focusing on electronics.
  • Technical Research and Evaluation: Collaborate with internal technical groups to research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions.
  • Technical Innovation: Research and quickly understand new technologies that could bring value to our operation.
  • Technical Representation: Represent the Track Systems department at technical meetings with business owners or technical specialists.
  • Technical Communication: Compile concise technical proposals and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable reports.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate an understanding of recognized project management methodologies and plan and conduct demonstrations and tests.
About You
  • Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering experience.
  • Technical Experience: Experience working within technical projects and a similar technical environment, ideally motorsport.
  • Design and Development: Experience with design and development of technical systems, from concept through to testing and deployment.
  • Technical Writing: Experience with technical report writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
  • Time Management: Great planning skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
