We are seeking a skilled Joiner Supervisor to join our team and work on various projects across the Central Belt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of joiners and ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of joiners, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety of employees and the public.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a joiner and supervisor in a main contracting environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid driving license and ability to work on-site.
