Job Title: Director, Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Director, Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the International Commercial teams, Behring Europe Major Markets, and Canada Cluster. This role will drive business value and enable realization of business strategy through the deliberate application of digital, data, and automation solutions and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help business stakeholders realize business outcomes while furthering the evolution of the CSL future-state technological landscape.
  • Align on priorities, investments, and capability demand planning with stakeholders and peers.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of Commercial business across Behring, Seqirus, and Vifor, including Commercial Business Capabilities (current and future).
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with Commercial stakeholders to advise and guide on business technology/digital/data solutions.
  • Drive alignment of stakeholders – business & IT – with integrated Commercial City Plan.
  • Ensure definition, plan alignment, and execution of roadmap to provide for Commercial Business Platform needs.
  • Responsible for alignment of service partner on priorities and investments as well as delivery of quality of service/availability of key capabilities and services.
  • Financial stewardship and responsibility for their organization.
  • Fiduciary accountability for their portfolio, including tracking of business value achieved through the I&T portfolio and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • ~10+ years of progressive experience within the commercial and digital or technology environment, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience.
  • ~5 years of experience delivering business solutions and/or technology platforms, with a strong focus on commercial related processes and solutions, including experience in regulated environments.
  • ~5+ years of experience working as a business partner, directly engaging with business stakeholders to prioritize needs and requirements.
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to articulate intents to business executive stakeholders.
