**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a mainstream Primary school in Lincolnshire, providing support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special educational needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized support to students with ASD and other special educational needs
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation
