As a Commercial Law Paralegal with Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP, you will work closely with our nationally recognised Real Estate Energy and Natural Resources team. Our team has an impressive client base across the globe, ranging from entrepreneurial new entrants to established independents, vertically integrated utilities, financial institutions, governments, and world-wide energy giants.

We are a force to be reckoned with, boasting a national presence of over 150 fee earners across 8 locations. Our quality and commerciality of service, industry insight, and talented people engage our clients, who love what we do.

This property role with a marine and energy focus involves working on leases and asset management transactions for landowners of marine property such as rivers and coastal foreshore or for an energy company on wind, solar, battery storage, or hydrogen projects, office relocations, or operations and maintenance facilities.

You will be an integral part of our team, supporting national and international clients on a wide range of property work from development projects, acquisitions, and disposals to landlord and tenant, asset management, and portfolio management instructions for national and international energy clients.

Our Real Estate team has a deserved reputation for providing first-class legal advice, acting as trusted advisors to many key players across the sector. A number of our talented lawyers are listed as leaders in their field.

We welcome applications from candidates with a law degree or at least 2 years' experience working in a paralegal role. Marine or energy experience is desirable but not essential; what's most important is your genuine enthusiasm for developing your knowledge and expertise.
