Relief Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our core values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Maintain professionalism and clarity in all telephone communications, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and emergencies.
- Appearance and Attitude: Present yourself with a polished, professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our organisation.
- Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to accurately follow directions from supervisors and clients.
- Compliance and Adherence: Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in all security operations.
- Proactivity and Initiative: Exhibit a proactive attitude by going above and beyond in your duties, making a positive impact and contributing to the greater good of our team and clients.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence: Possess a valid SIA Licence - Door Supervisor/Security Guard.
- Clean Driving Licence: Hold a clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle (If applicant has points, no more than 6 max, for Securitas Insurance reasons).
- Work History and Education: Provide a 5-year history including education and/or employment, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in the security industry or a willingness to learn and adapt well.
- Communication and Attitude: Possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and be smartly dressed at all times.
- Teamwork and Initiative: Work well in a team, use your own initiative, and go that extra mile to achieve excellent results.
