Job Summary

Total Employment is seeking a skilled Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels and letters to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels and letters to customers on a designated route, using a company vehicle or on foot.
  • Sort and process mail and parcels within the delivery office.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including walking and driving in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • A valid full UK driving license with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
