Join Our Team as a Parcel/Letter Delivery Driver

Royal Mail is seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Parcel/Letter Delivery Drivers. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and letters to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parcels and letters to customers on a designated route, using a company vehicle or on foot.
  • Sort and process mail and parcels within the delivery office.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
