### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Accountant to join our team at Mainstay. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial statements and records to our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver accounts for the closing period to the new agent
* Arrange interim payment to the new agent
* Arrange final payment to the new agent
* Arrange age of debt report, creditors report, and any other relevant report to the new incoming agent
* Carry out the necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process for the closing accounts
* Resolve issues on the closing financial reconciliation and ensure a quality service is provided to customers/clients
* Deliver department productivity metrics and contribute to the team and organizational goals

### Requirements

* Currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting environment
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
