Service Charge Accountant

Job Role:
As a Service Charge Accountant at Emeria UK, you will contribute to our vision of being a leading property manager by delivering accurate financial statements and records to our customers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate Estate Finances, supporting operations in communicating and understanding service charge, and analyzing financial reports, including data on income and expenditure and balance sheet.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with strong accounting knowledge and high attention to detail, who can utilize double entry bookkeeping and accuracy. You will use your good communication skills to see and challenge information, ensuring a smooth accounting process for the wider team. Computer literacy, particularly in Excel, is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all Accounts & Budgets are issued on time, are accurate and are of highest quality. Analyze financial reports, including data on income and expenditure and balance sheet.
Skills and Experience:
Work towards a professional qualification (AAT / ACCA) would be an advantage but not essential.
