Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bank Domiciliary Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in their homes, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation, while upholding residents' dignity and autonomy.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment by encouraging residents' interests, facilitating meaningful activities, and promoting social interaction.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as medication administration, mobility support, shopping errands, and accompanying residents to appointments.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and open communication.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults and individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a caregiving role is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this rewarding position.
