Financial Administration Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Sheridan Maine South. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial administration tasks, including:

### Key Responsibilities

* Managing the purchase ledger, including invoicing, coding, and matching, as well as raising purchase orders and preparing payments.
* Undertaking reconciliations for petty cash, credit cards, and bank accounts.
* Responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
* Assisting with month-end accounting duties.
* Processing and paying staff expenses.
* Scanning and filing invoices and other financial documents.

### Requirements

* Prior experience with purchase ledger/accounts payable.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills.
