As a Short Term Rental Regulations Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and open communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Implement regulatory compliance products related to Short Term Rental regulations, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication with stakeholders.
2. Provide ongoing support to governments using these products, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues and enhance product usability.
3. Collaborate with governments in Europe and Asia, requiring flexible hours for both regions, and manage internal intake processes for new regulatory products.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience working in regulatory compliance, preferably in a SaaS implementation or similar environment.
2. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and Jira, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
3. Availability to work in London, with a hybrid 2-3 days per week office-based arrangement, allowing for flexibility and remote work options.
4. Rate: £39.00 per hour (based on an 8-hour day), providing a competitive remuneration package.
5. Contract length: 12 months, offering a stable and secure employment opportunity.
