Join Academy of Warren as a Senior Enterprise Architect and embark on a journey to empower companies to achieve their digital business transformation goals. As a key member of our Salesforce Centre of Excellence, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative architectures and transformational strategies that drive growth, optimize costs, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of multi-year business capability roadmaps for clients' business units, including Marketing, Sales, Services, HR, and Finance.
  • Facilitate enterprise strategy development, opportunity identification, business cases, technology adoption opportunities, operating model development, and innovation opportunities.
  • Define architecture principles, guardrails, standards, and policies to ensure technology solutions align with the target state architecture.
  • Lead or participate in enterprise architecture governance, compliance, and security activities to ensure technology solutions meet the target state architecture.
  • Provide architecture leadership and oversight for transformational enterprise impacting initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, frameworks, and patterns as references for engineers and architects.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to accomplish enterprise architecture goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience with direct responsibility for digital business transformation formulation leveraging Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 10+ years of senior-level architectural experience in Enterprise Architecture (Business, Data & Applications) with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, cloud architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations in a multitier environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in specific industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, and/or healthcare – deep business process knowledge of those industries.
  • 5+ years of leading and managing Enterprise Architecture teams in one or more of the following areas: enterprise transformation, business transformation and optimization, strategic planning, leadership, business relationship management, and business process management.
