Enterprise Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at SSP Deutschland GmbH. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in driving forward our architecture capability and helping to create, nurture, and mature architectural understanding and value within the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and technology landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the development of our enterprise architecture plan, aligning with our digital and technology strategy and ensuring effective technology planning and decision-making.
  • Create and manage core enterprise architecture assets, including digital and technology principles, architecture reference models, and end-to-end architecture content.
  • Collaborate with technology and business functions to problem-solve and support making key design decisions across our end-to-end architecture.
  • Coach and mentor solution architects to support embedding a high-performing architecture team.
  • Introduce and maintain effective architecture governance across the digital and technology function.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Senior Solutions Architect.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise architecture/solution architecture at enterprise scale.
  • Experience working with agile teams and retail/food and beverage industry.
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to distil complex environments and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Able to assess and understand end-to-end business processes and solutions.
