About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to join our team at Lounge in Frome. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Follow the lead of our Head Chef to ensure all prep and par is completed for each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every customer leaves happy.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety.
