About the Role

Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our therapy team at our residential children's homes in the Cambridge area.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert therapeutic support to children with complex needs, including those with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, conducting assessments, and supervising junior therapists. You will work closely with our Clinical Lead and Associate Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and families.

We require the following qualifications:

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, Educational, and Forensic)
  • Proven experience working with children in a residential or educational setting

The salary for this role is up to £63,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
