This role requires an expert in employment law, with a proven track record of handling sensitive disciplinary and grievance matters, and a deep understanding of ER best practices.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality ER advice to business managers and HRBP's on a day-to-day basis, partnering effectively across teams and functions to deliver best practice results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing practical, hands-on, commercial advice and support on Employee Relations case management, with a focus on formal grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- Accurately interpreting changes in legislation and codes of practice to ensure the business follows best practice and operates within the parameters of employment law and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent technical ER and employment law knowledge gained through relevant management or legal experience.
- A proven commercial approach with a good understanding of business needs.
- Experience in advising on and managing poor performance.
