Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice on non-contentious IP and data matters, including intellectual property transactions, licensing agreements, and data privacy compliance.
  • Advise on and draft complex commercial agreements, especially those relating to technology and data protection.
  • Play an active role in developing client relationships and supporting the growth of our IP/Data practice through business development.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-6 years of PQE with a strong focus on non-contentious IP and data law.
  • Solid experience in intellectual property rights, technology agreements, and data protection regulations, particularly GDPR.
  • A background in advising clients within the technology, media, or data-heavy industries is an advantage.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
