**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative end-to-end Service Continuity approach, encompassing Business Continuity, Management, and IT Disaster Recovery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain our Business Continuity and IT DR capabilities to ensure they are always up-to-date and effective.
* Work closely with partners and delivery teams to ensure detailed execution of our BC & IT DR framework.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance our System (BCMS) and provide strategic solutions to mitigate risks.
* Play a crucial role in Corporate Crisis Management by developing robust procedures and leading crisis management teams when needed.
**Requirements:**
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience supporting complex businesses in a similar role.
**Nice to Have:**
* ITIL3 certification.
**Employment Details:**
* Full-time, hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite per week.
* Location: Bristol.
* Security Clearance Level: Must be eligible for SC clearance.
* Salary: £50,000 - £60,000.
* Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
