The One Group is seeking an ambitious Apprentice Credit Controller to join their team in Milton Keynes. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop a career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in credit control within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the consolidated invoice ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process incoming funds and post payments to debtor accounts in a timely manner.
- Compile credit exposure and ledger reports to inform business decisions.
- Produce monthly statements and send dunning letters to customers.
- Chase customers for overdue debts in a professional and courteous manner.
Role Highlights:
- Work closely with a team of 5 credit controllers and the Credit Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Administer ledgers exceeding £5 million with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Gain experience in managing customer credit limits and minimising financial risks.
- Enjoy a standard office hours schedule with an hour for lunch.
