As Director of Business Analytics - AML at Customers Bank, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crimes compliance programs.

You will leverage your expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and risk management to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our AML systems. You will work closely with our AML and compliance teams to develop data-driven approaches to optimize transaction monitoring scenarios and alerts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AML regulations and financial crime compliance requirements, as well as expertise in data modeling, risk analysis, and data visualization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data analytics strategy that supports our AML compliance objectives.
  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into AML risks and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with AML and compliance teams to develop data-driven approaches to optimize transaction monitoring scenarios and alerts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role within financial services, with a focus on AML, financial crime, or risk management.

Estimated Salary: $190,000 per annum.
