About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Waste Management Team Lead to manage our Reuse and Recycling Centres. The successful candidate will have strong people management skills, be able to lead, develop, and coach a team to work autonomously and collaboratively, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the daily operations of the Reuse and Recycling Centres.
  2. Ensure all staff operate in a safe and effective manner, including identifying and implementing training requirements.
  3. Build key internal relationships at all levels across multiple departments within LondonEnergy.

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing waste management operations.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Previous experience managing several Recycling Centres/Waste Transfer Stations desirable.

Benefits Package:

  • $62,278.29 annual salary.
  • 10% performance-based bonus.
  • 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
