Digital Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our Analytics & Customer Insight team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Digital Analytics strategy, ensuring accurate data collection, tracking, and integration across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of our Digital Analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage analytics tools and platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights, informing decision-making and optimising digital journeys.
- Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to align analytics with overall business objectives.
- Substantial Digital Analytics experience in a related industry.
- Previous experience in a leadership role and working with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate analysis and insights to a range of audiences across the business.
- Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and ability to align plans to these.
