Retail Shift Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stock counting
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail or stock counting environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving license
