Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our team at Company Shop Southampton.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Section Leader in coordinating the team to deliver outstanding performance and excellent store standards.
  • Support the Section Leader in delivering the day-to-day operation of the department through routine processes and practices.
  • Continuously review waste within the department and seek solutions to reduce wastage where possible.
  • Ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and practices are upheld.
  • Develop and implement effective working relationships with colleagues and members.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to personal development and continued learning.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the needs of the business.
