About the Role:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for raising new orders in line with customer demand forecast, following up placed orders with suppliers, and managing stock levels in line with stock targets. This role will also involve managing supplier invoice queries, reviewing and monitoring outstanding purchase orders, and reviewing, updating, and circulating the weekly delivery schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Buyer within an FMCG environment and possess skills in buyer procurement, purchasing, buying, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise new orders in line with customer demand forecast.
  • Follow up placed orders with suppliers.
  • Manage stock levels in line with stock targets.
  • Manage supplier invoice queries.
  • Review and monitor outstanding purchase orders.
  • Review, update, and circulate the weekly delivery schedule.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to achieve set targets.
