The Role

This support role involves a variety of activities, with a primary focus on updating and maintaining our contracting request trackers. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing analysis of contracting requests
  • Updating the Client Relationship Management Database (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Researching client pipelines and contacts
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and other administrative duties

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing contracting request trackers and providing regular updates
  • Reviewing and analyzing contracting requests and completions
  • Utilizing data from trackers to provide insights and analysis to senior management
  • Assisting senior management with regular meetings with accounts regarding completions and service performance

Business Development Accountabilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs
  • High levels of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive approach to work and ability to interact positively with colleagues
