About the Role:

Adelphi Real World is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to support our Franchise Directors in identifying and engaging with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining contracting request trackers, providing analysis of contracting requests, and updating the Client Relationship Management Database (Microsoft Dynamics).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracting request trackers and provide regular updates to Senior Management
  • Review and analyze contracting requests to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Update the Client Relationship Management Database (Microsoft Dynamics) with accurate and timely information
  • Research client pipelines and identify potential new business opportunities
  • Support marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance as needed

Requirements:

  • High levels of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Dynamics
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
