CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established firm in Alton to find a Senior Tax professional to join their Tax team. This role will support the Personal Tax and Partnerships side of the business, with a focus on managing tax compliance matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, including personal tax clients, directors, and high net worth individuals, as well as partnerships with varying complexity.
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of statutory tax returns, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain clear and structured compliance files and provide completed returns and reviews to partners or Tax Managers for review.
  • Organize workload, plan, and prioritize tasks, keeping the Senior Tax Manager or Tax Partner informed of any anticipated bottlenecks or deadlines.
  • Build rapport and maintain regular contact with clients through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on technical matters and identify relevant changes, liaising with Tax Partners to ensure feedback is communicated across the team.
Requirements:
  • Personal tax return compliance experience.
  • Planning and prioritizing skills.
