About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and innovative teacher to lead our SEN provision and contribute to the development of our teaching team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, as well as providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to students with a range of needs
- Lead the development of our SEN provision, working closely with colleagues and external partners
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues, including mentoring and coaching
- Contribute to the development of our teaching team, including leading training and development sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and inclusive educational experience
