Job Summary
The Governors of Bramcote Hills Primary School seek a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Class Teacher and SENCo. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a talented educator to join our school community and contribute to the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative teacher with a strong commitment to ensuring the academic and personal growth of students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work closely with parents, carers, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and learning across the curriculum, with a focus on year 5 for the first two terms
- Leading and managing the school's special educational needs provision, working closely with the partner SENCo
- Developing and implementing strategies to support students with SEND, in collaboration with the family SENCo and other stakeholders
- Contributing to the school's senior leadership team, providing leadership and guidance to colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
