Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional people management skills
  • A proven track record in sales leadership within the SaaS Software, EdTech, or Apprenticeship industries
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver results
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme.
