Contract Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Contract Administrator to join our Property Operations team at Curo, a leading Housing Association based in Bath.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our property services, working closely with the Asset team to schedule home condition surveys and energy performance certificates appointments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the processing of customer consent requests and disability facilities grants
- Providing high-quality customer-focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a fast-paced team
