Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at ProblemShared, a leading digital mind health provider. As a key innovator in the rapidly expanding field of digital mind health, we are committed to broadening access to high-quality care for people across the UK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote assessment to adults and young people for neurodevelopmental conditions, predominantly ADHD. This will involve considering differential and/or co-occurring conditions to make diagnostic decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking remote assessments and making diagnostic decisions
  • Providing supervision and consultation where appropriate
  • Contributing to the development and articulation of best practice in psychology across the company
  • Participating in audit and service evaluation to help develop service provision
  • Engaging in continual professional development to stay up-to-date with developments in the field of clinical psychology and best practice guidance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of neurodevelopmental assessments and diagnosis
  • Good knowledge of legislation, research, and developments relevant to the field of ADHD
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
