This role requires flexibility due to varying project workloads and site requirements. You will work closely with our Service Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects.

A full UK driving license is essential for frequent travel to customer sites. We are looking for someone with basic joinery skills, gained in construction, and a basic understanding of industry trades like plumbing, painting, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refurbish and fit out Portakabin buildings to the highest standards.
  • Apply internal finishes such as painting and decorating.
  • Add internal partitions & trims to configure interior layouts.
  • Plan and execute the preparation and decoration of all external product surfaces.
  • Perform basic joinery tasks, including partition walls, doors, and windows.
  • Prepare units for safe transportation.
  • Install/disassemble buildings, including connections to utilities, staircases, and linkways, following supplied lift plans.
  • Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annumBenefits and Opportunities:
