Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, ensuring efficient server upgrades and migrations are implemented as required.
- Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Internal responsibility for the company's ERP system, including support and maintenance to ensure it meets internal stakeholder requirements.
- Accountable for facilitating software and hardware upgrades, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budgetary limits.
- Responsibility for ensuring the ERP system is fit for purpose and meets internal stakeholder requirements, including maintaining and developing Local VBA based solutions.
- Manage the I.T. and telecoms budgets, ensuring value for money is achieved.
- Manage all I.T. contracts and third-party relationships, coordinating and delegating tasks, projects, and monitoring third-party support.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated individual who will relish the challenge this position offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems management, with experience in ERP system support and maintenance. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for this role.
