This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced travel customer service professional to join a leading global travel company. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers from the time their booking is confirmed to their post-holiday experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle pre-travel client and supplier changes, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
- Support customers with pre and post-holiday complaints, investigating and negotiating with suppliers to reclaim compensation.
- Provide assistance to customers in resort with any issues arising, both directly and via local ground agents.
- Monitor quality issues with overseas products and escalate to the relevant product team.
- Support Duty Officers as required.
- Experience in the travel industry, preferably from a Tour Operator/Touring or Worldwide Travel company in an operations or customer service capacity.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pro-active approach to problem-solving, balancing customer needs with commercial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritize workload.
