Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to health and safety processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in occupational health, safety, and environmental management, with experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 33 days annual leave, a company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and an employee assistance programme.
